Today we've celebrated Pancake Day at school, sharing diferent recipes and shining laughs together.
Pancake day is on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. It's in February or at the beginnig of March, six weeks before Easter.
In Britain, people eat pancakes on Pancake day. In some towns there are pancake races.
We've created a little book wich contains all the cooking process steps and some sample pictures about our work at our scholar bakery.
Hope you enjoy these pictures, showing our shared moments and, of course, picturing out an activity we will remember forever.

Master had a great time in the crepes we get dirty, but it was fun because recess had so many people who could not fit ja.
